If you've been a follower since last year, you'll know that last fall in a bout of homesickness I desperately raided all of the supermarkets in London (ALL of them) in hunt for some canned pumpkin... a very common seasonal thing in America, quite the opposite over there. After finally locating a shop that sold some... and proceeding to buy all of their stock, the Pumpkin Series was born. I mean, what else was I supposed to do with that much canned pumpkin? I thought I'd share last years pumpkin recipes, both savory and sweet alike, before I kicked off this years. Yes I am happy to announce that although I am now back in the States, I have taken quite a fondness to this particular flavor that I never thought twice about before. Living abroad will do that you folks...
