The Anglers Pub where we celebrated was such an ideal location! Not only is it large and spacious indoors, with great traditional pub decor; but it also has an amazing outdoor area too! The back garden is filled with picnic tables, a jungle gym, a bar and... wait for it... an outdoor bar.b.q. grill serving the freshest of foods! Kathryn was able to reserve an area outside under a tent (because you can never fully trust the weather over here) for our little party and it was magical! To add to the charm of it all, the pub happens to be on the edge of the river with a handy bridge to cross over to the other side, which made for a lovely walk. Obviously hubs and I sneaked off for a little trail time and style shoot. Although the bridge and paths were filled with people and the occasional runner (so jealous they get to run through this beauty!) it was still surprisingly peaceful. There is nothing more that I love than to be able to walk in hand in hand with the man I love, and take it all in. I sometimes wonder if hubs will remember things the way that I did or if he found beauty in the things that I did. One thing is certain, we need to make nature dates more often!
***Today I am thankful for all of the beauty nature has to offer... when I really take the time to stop and admire it, I fall in love all over again***
